About the Training
The Eat Breathe Thrive Facilitator Training is a 50-hour training that equips professionals to deliver the seven-week Eat Breathe Thrive intervention in schools, eating disorder services, yoga studios, and community settings.
Building on the Online Immersion, this course moves from experiencing the course to learning how to facilitate it. You will gain practical skills for leading groups, including guidance on session structure, co-facilitation, and managing group dynamics. The training also covers scope-of-practice considerations, referral pathways, and strategies for adapting the course for diverse populations.
The training combines live online modules, weekly mentoring calls, and supervised practice teaching. You will receive a facilitator manual, participant workbook, and structured session plans, as well as one-on-one supervision as you lead your first course.
By the end of the course, you will be prepared to run Eat Breathe Thrive groups independently or in partnership with community and clinical services.
1-1 Mentorship

Flexible Schedule

Hands-On Learning
The training includes mentorship calls, on-demand videos, manual, workbooks, and practical support for your first course
What Our Trainees Are Saying
"As a mental health professional and yoga teacher, I am passionate about combining the two professions and creating a space for healing through the practice of yoga. Eat Breathe Thrive has given me a platform from which to spread the benefits to yoga to those in recovery in an incredibly impactful way. Connection and support is imperative in recovery and this program provides all of the necessary elements to help people develop a loving and compassionate relationship with their bodies and food."
