Our training is open to clinicians, educators, yoga teachers, and peer mentors. You’ll learn to deliver the Eat Breathe Thrive intervention — a structured group program grounded in research and lived experience.
Eat Breathe Thrive programs combine experiential skill-building, yoga and meditation, and peer support to prevent and help people recover from eating disorders. The intervention has been evaluated in four peer-reviewed studies, including two multi-site randomized controlled trials, and can be delivered in clinical, community, and school settings.
