Learn to teach a mind-body program that supports mindful eating, emotional resilience, and body confidence.
The Eat Breathe Thrive Curriculum combines yoga and meditation, psychoeducational exercises, and a support group format to help people eat mindfully, build resilience, and feel better in their bodies. In treatment settings, this program has been shown to reduce relapse and help therapy work better; in community settings, it helps people improve their relationship with food; and in school settings, it helps prevent eating disorders before they start.
The Eat Breathe Thrive Facilitator Training is designed to give you the resources and mentorship you need to facilitate this life-changing program. The course includes instructional videos, a comprehensive facilitator manual, and personalized coaching calls with a mentor.
