This advanced training prepares professionals to deliver a four-week group intervention that supports body awareness, emotional coping, and social connection. This eating disorder intervention has been shown to significantly reduce eating disorder symptoms, anxiety, and depression in individuals with severe and longstanding eating disorders.

About This Training

The Practitioner Training builds on the Level 2 Facilitator Training and is designed for professionals supporting individuals with higher acuity eating disorders. You’ll observe real group sessions, receive individual supervision, and develop the skills to deliver this protocol confidently in outpatient, IOP, and community care settings.
